The Attorney
Tiffany R. Guillemaud, Esq., EA
Founder and managing attorney of Guillemaud Law Boutique, P.C., a practice built at the intersection of tax law and tax compliance.

Sacramento, California
Biography
Two licenses, one file.
An attorney and an Enrolled Agent, which means the person who argues your position is also the person who prepares the return it appears on.
That is unusual, and it is the entire reason this firm exists. Most taxpayers assemble a committee: a preparer who reports what happened, an attorney who is brought in once something has gone wrong, and no one who connects the two. Positions get taken on a return that no one is prepared to defend, and transactions get closed before anyone asks what they will cost.
This practice collapses that gap. Preparation, planning, controversy representation, and the estate and business documents behind them are handled in one place, by one advisor, with one view of the facts.
The client
The firm serves individuals and families, self-employed professionals, business owners, and fiduciaries: people whose tax position is complicated enough to need strategy but who still want to understand it themselves. Explanation is part of the engagement, not an add-on.
Beyond the practice
Outside the office, the same instinct shows up as public education: short-form video and written guides that translate tax and estate concepts into plain language for people who are not going to read a Code section. The audience is not a marketing channel so much as a conviction that most bad tax outcomes are information problems.

How we work
Four commitments.
You speak with your attorney.
Intake, strategy, and the substantive conversations are handled by the attorney on your matter. Support staff assist; they do not replace.
Plain language, every time.
You should be able to explain your own tax position to your spouse or your business partner after the meeting. If you cannot, the explanation was not finished.
Documents you can actually reach.
The office is paperless. Your executed documents and filings are available electronically, whenever and wherever you need them.
Fees that follow the work.
Published figures are minimums for the scope described, and additions are priced per item as the work requires them. You are told what something costs when it comes up, not after it is billed.
Correspondence
Work with the attorney directly.
Appointments are scheduled online and confirmed by the office.
